The super staff made me feel right at home, ensuring a cozy and clean room, complete with a nearby bathroom. the plentiful breakfast spread, including fruits and sweets available all day, was a delightful touch. However, the uphill trek to the old quarter might be challenging for some, but the staff's guidance makes it easier to navigate. The location of Pensio Bellmirall in the heart of the old city of Girona was truly tremendous. Despite the abundance of stairs and cobblestones, this added to the overall charm of the place. the delicious breakfast offerings catered to various tastes, and the ability to open windows in different rooms for fresh air was a welcome feature. the staff's attentiveness throughout my stay was exceptional. Nestled beside the cathedral, Pensio Bellmirall is not just a hotel; It's a historical gem in the heart of Girona. the rustic yet well-decorated ambiance, coupled with the warm and supportive staff like Christina and Margarita, made my stay unforgettable. the lounge area with coffee and delicious homemade cakes added a special touch to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel to all types of travelers except those who struggle with stairs. Overall, Pensio Bellmirall exceeded my expectations with its amazing location and historic charm. the attentive staff, delicious breakfast options, and cozy decor made it a standout choice in Girona. the complimentary coffee and cake, along with the old-world charm of the hotel, created a unique and unforgettable experience. While I didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast myself, my partner raved about its healthy and beautiful offerings.
